All projects are co-ordinated through a dedicated project or account manager and overseen by a VGroup director. Direct client contact with designers and developers is encouraged, because we believe personal contact is the most efficient form of communication.
All our clients can benefit from VGroup's secure online client services facility (OLCS). It enables you to view PDF proofs and documents, download artwork and templates, post messages and more, on a day-to-day basis - wherever you are in the world.
