I lived with the Structure brand for over 10 years, having helped build it from nothing in the US to something great across the US and Europe, so I had a lot of emotional attachment to it. But the new branding has removed all of that, and I now feel just as strongly about the Baringa Partners brand, despite it being only a day old!
