Following a strategic review using our BrandVision™ framework, we defined their positioning and created a common sense of purpose with a single shared vision and values. This was reflected in a tagline ‘WE create extraordinary’ and supported by a fresh visual identity brought to life in their website we-create.com

Their marketing team are now able to leverage the new brand assets to support WE’s vision to be the UK’s most respected, admired and talked-about brand experience agency.

Bringing clarity to branding complexity

Since 2008, financial services regulation has changed beyond all recognition. But the upheaval hasn’t just affected regulated businesses. In a landscape shifting from box-ticking to culture change, compliance consultants TCC (The Compliance Consortium) had to change to remain relevant.

TCC approached us for a future-facing brand identity. We brought the theme of business transformation to the fore in new strapline ‘Transforming Culture and Conduct’ and core insight ‘We bring clarity to complexity, delivering competitive advantage from conduct risk’.

TCC’s new brand personality is expressed in a hand-drawn logo mark symbolising transformation, precision, partnership, agility, clarity and efficiency. The new identity extends out across channels, inspiring internally and supporting client acquisition.

After 16 years and following some internal soul searching we came to the realisation that our brand no longer represented what we do as a business or, more importantly, how we wanted to be perceived. Our strategic review recommended uniting the Plan sub-brands under the umbrella identity Plan Insurance Brokers. Our strapline Keeping your business motoring aligns with the company strategy and dovetails with the distinctive new logo and visual identity. We produced brand guidelines to support the in-house marketing team in delivering brand communications.

Plan’s culture, brand promise and values are now brought to life in every customer communication and interaction.

I’m writing this email whilst enjoying a Plan branded mug of tea. We had a goodbye old brand, hello new brand party Friday evening and we are going live in the morning. Brand cleansing is truly underway, template work has proven to be an awesome task but worth it. Virtually all the office has been repainted to reflect the branding and the vinyl man should be overlaying this with directional arrows and words in due course.
