Natures Way Foods began in 1994 by the Langmead brothers. Their big idea was to combine the freshest lettuce with the latest food manufacturing technology. NWF now employ more than 900 people and operate three manufacturing units. They’re a one-stop-shop for fresh, healthy and convenient products created with the consumer in mind.
Our partnership with NWF began with a new identity built around a suitably fresh and friendly logo. We then rolled this out across digital and offline channels, and continue to help them develop their brand across product packaging, marketing communications and environmental design.

Established in 1987, Pulse is a leading UK and international provider of health and social care staffing and has over 5000 people working for them every day. They approached VGROUP to define, express and communicate their brand and bring it into the 21st century.
Through research with key stakeholders, we first established a clear vision and mission. We then defined their values, brand promise and core insight which in turn guided the strapline ‘People Perfectly Placed’. A redesign of their logo, visual identity, messaging and communications followed.
With a comprehensive style guide to use, Pulse are now able to consistently project their true brand values with warmth, compassion and clarity, helping to help set them apart in a competitive sector and guide the design of ongoing marketing collateral.
Following a lengthy tender process reviewing many creative agencies, we chose VGROUP as the agency to rebrand our Pulse staffing business. We work in a fast-paced industry with a fairly complex brand structure. The team at VGROUP helped simplify our messaging and developed a brand strategy that facilitates quick and easy expansion into new niche markets. A new breed of practice
Arun Veterinary Group is a privately owned animal practice serving mid Sussex with a reputation for exceptional care for over 40 years. The current owners wanted to transform the brand and differentiate it from other practices in the sector, many of whom conform to predictable visual identity and clinical functional interior spaces.
The completely new practice at Ashington was built as a platform to launch the new aesthetic across the Group and planned Vet Ventures franchise. The highly technical specification throughout and the latest in surgery machinery was incorporated with an element of heritage, quality and quintessential Britishness.
Working to a very tight timescale, ensuring everything was ready for the launch I was extremely impressed by VGROUP’s insight, professionalism and work ethic, and I am delighted with the overall result. Enfield Safety provide personal protective equipment and corporate workwear to the construction and industrial sectors. When their 40 year celebration came up they decided to rebrand and use it as a catalyst for change.
VGROUP advised on brand strategy, created a new logo/visual identity and produced an extensive range of communications to give Enfield stand-out and compete more effectively in their marketplace. With a new brand promise, brand guidelines and strapline, ‘Safety. Delivered’ Enfield are using their rebrand to unite employees and drive further growth.

A Visibly Vital Visual Identity
The Sussex Community NHS Trust is committed to becoming the UK leader for sustainability. In pursuit of this goal, the Trust approached VGROUP to give its Care Without Carbon scheme a compelling logo and visual identity, supported by brand guidelines.
Our solution centred on a classically emotive heart symbol, colour palette and font family to reflect both the healthcare system and the environmental aims of the scheme. Crucially, a set of original illustrations gives the identity clear standout while dovetailing effectively with the NHS visual identity.
Now Care Without carbon has an identity that makes it as visible to all stakeholders as it is vital to the Trust.
